Lalibera is a single chair inspired by the iconic deckchair design. We worked on the balance between the straight lines of the supporting structure and the curved lines of the seat. The structure is designed as an architecture that plays on the tensions and properties of wood and is distinguished by triangular shapes that evoke pure geometry. The arched seat is the sum of multiple custom shaped upholstery made from foam rubber padded in washable and removable fabric, providing sofa-like comfort. The wood chosen for the frame is solid canaletto walnut for its nobility.
